Huida Electro Optics Company is located in the city of Hangzhou, right at the center of the Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone, with abundant information resource, convenient transportation and exceptional support from nearby universities and research institutes.
The company has almost one hundred employees and a production space of more than 3000 sq. meters. It is equipped with a variety of manufacturing facilities, including the extended planar grinding/polishing machine, high-speed lapping machines, and laser centering edging machines. As for the thin film technology, whole series of imported (VPT) and domestic multi-layer coaters, along with the support of TFCALC designing software, to meet various coating requirements. The quality control department and the testing lab are equipped with ZYGO and PHASE SHIFT interferometers, a Taylor-Hobson aspherical profiler, a PERKIN ELMER Lambda 40 spectrophotometer; a Shimadzu UV 3600 spectrophotometer, a LEICA digital toolmaker’s microscope, a refractometer, HP spectrometers, a two-second goniometer, a non-contact spherometer, and much more.
Huida Electro-Optics Company specializes in custom making and testing a large range of optical components, including windows, mirrors, spherical or cylindrical lenses, prisms, lightpipes, beamsplitters, retroreflectors, micro-optics, even odd-shaped optical parts. Our wide product selection and flexibility to meet specific requirements from our customers are the focus of our company.
Huida Elecro-Optics Company has accumulated a large amount of experience in using hundreds of different optical materials from SHOTT, OHARA, HOYA, CORNING and domestic suppliers. We use optical material ranging from fused silica, silicon, germanium and sapphire, which cover the entire spectrum from UV to infrared, and use specially developed techniques to handle them. We also supply the service of molded blanks to reduce the cost when in larger quantities.
Due to the fact that we have mostly served North America and European customers in the past decades, the MIL specs and the ISO standard are the most frequent specifications we have used. We have also established a strict quality control procedure used both for small quantity sample and in mass production. In order to ensure on-time and reliable delivery, we ship world wide using FedEx at discounted rates due to our status as a volume shipper.
